Day Two - Last Day of the Pastor's Conference

Today I was privileged to listen to sermons practically all day long. Some great, Some okay, some too long (if you know what I mean). Nevertheless, I enjoyed the messages of Pastor's in many different walks of Life. It has been very encouraging.

Tomorrow begins the actual Southern Baptist Convention. Technically speaking, the Southern Baptist Convention only exists for two days every year. The rest of the year is solely about the individual churches fulfilling their purpose in their communities.

Over the next two days, pray that God would speak to the hearts of the messengers to make the right decisions for the coming year. We are electing a new President and that can always make or break the direction of the Convention.
